Researchers from Ludwig Oxford are presenting their work at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting in Atlanta, USA, March 29 – April 3, 2019.

Skirmantas Kriaucionis is presenting a collaborative project with Xin Lu’s and Benjamin Schuster-Böckler’s lab on DNA modifications in Barrett’s oesophagus and oesophageal adenocarcinoma. A poster on the causes of mutational signature 17 in cancer is being presented by Marketa Tomkova. Yibin Liu from Chunxiao Song’s group has a poster on TAPS, a new base-resolution quantitative sequencing method for cytosine modifications, recently published in Nature Biotechnology.
