Professional Services Role

I help to collect, input, report, and control the quality of data relating to NHS patients for use in research -- particularly focusing on the SCAN (Suspected CANcer) Diagnostic pathway, as well as oesophageal and gastric cancer, but supporting other areas as required – and support the development and testing of new clinical/research databases.

Background

I studied Physics at university. My background includes editorial experience in educational publishing (mostly for Secondary Maths and Science), research science and commercial delivery (mostly in Medical Ultrasound metrology), and information services (mostly at the Bodleian Libraries in Oxford).
